Menswear Product Developer

The ideal candidate carries intermediate level experience in menswear and custom knit fabrics, with the ability to develop across all product categories.

Candidate must be located in the greater Los Angeles / Orange County area.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain tech-packs
  • Proactively manage development tracking tool; provide transparent status on fabric / trims / garment samples.
  • Big thinker, able to identify & resolve development issues that may arise.
  • Evaluate samples in collaboration with design prior to fitting
  • Communicate design aesthetics and fit sample status with vendors
  • Uphold Buttercloth quality & testing standards of materials and finished garment.
  • Sustain development calendar to ensure TNA deadlines are met
  • Champion of costing process, including margin management and cost negotiation with vendors.
  • Effectively maintain strong partnerships and communication with internal and external stakeholders at all stages of product development.
  • Organize and maintain library of samples.

What You Need

  • Degree in Apparel with 4+ years hands on experience in Apparel Product Development
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
  • Experience with knits, fittings, apparel construction, and comfort in judging print / design repeat / color.
  • Entrepreneurial driven with effective interpersonal, writing, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Capable of handling multiple assignments with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to operate independently while establishing effective partnerships with cross-functional teams.
  • Exhibit agility to support ongoing brand innovation

Email Marketing Manager

What You’ll Do

  • Develop strategies that drive subscriber conversion, increase repeat purchase and retention rates across our email, text and loyalty program customer bases.
  • Day-to-day, manage the planning, building and coding of email and text marketing campaigns as well as loyalty programs.
  • Work closely with the Merchandising, Operations, Creative teams to determine email content, ensure product availability, and best practices.
  • Perform end-to-end quality checks, ensuring content accuracy, functioning links/landing pages, assessing segmentation, and produce campaigns in a timely manner.
  • Build out and refine customer segmentation modeling across email, text, loyalty program.
  • Monitor the health of our multi-channel subscriber base and daily campaign performance.
  • Drive A/B test agenda, including design, KPI definition, implementation, and measurement.
  • Manage the testing framework and feedback loop to continuously learn from our email creative and messaging efforts.
  • Manage email calendar and closely monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, conduct ad hoc and competitive analyses.
  • Ensure utilization of best practices, technology standards, and all our email marketing efforts are in compliance with brand guidelines and spam regulation (CAN/SPAM).

What You Need

  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing, economics, communications or equivalent hands-on experience considered.
  • 3-4 years of email marketing management, digital/ Ecommerce marketing, growth, retention.
  • Experience with A/B testing across entire customer journey.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Highly creative with experience in designing and implementing engaging email marketing campaigns and automations.
  • Experience with Klaviyo, Post-Script, attentive, loyalty programs such as Smile.io.
  • Proficient in HTML coding for email (including for mobile devices).
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to details, organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and display exceptional follow-through and initiative.

Marketing Specialist

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in coordination of all aspects of brand and performance marketing efforts.
  • Day-to-day, manage social media pages (Facebook, IG, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), including content, response, social media scheduling/calendar and monthly reporting
  • Support content-generation initiatives, including photo and video shoots, blog articles, email and paid campaigns assets, direct mail, and user-generated content
  • Manage and schedule website campaign content, images, landing page updates
  • Manage outreach to influencer, podcaster and blogger opportunities
  • Coordinate customer response to marketing initiatives and oversight of reviews
  • Assist with brand activations and operation of partnerships, influencers, brand ambassadors, podcast and blogs, affiliate and loyalty programs, virtual and in-person events
  • Conduct monthly website and social media analytics reports
  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis studies as well as ad hoc projects
  • Implement latest best practices, tools, and trends on social media platforms (Instagram, Instagram Stories, IGTV, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest)
  • Assist in daily calendar management, organization, testing and troubleshoot all campaigns
  • Manage all aspects of the Creative Asset Tracking system

 

What You Need

  • 1-2+ years of marketing, email, social media, blog, website content management experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Must be self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Possess strong decision-making skills and can operate with significant autonomy
  • Ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Community obsessed: anticipates evolving customer needs and how to address them, with customer-first mentality
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with exceptional sense of accountability and delivery on deadlines
  • Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, SLACK, ASANA, Klaviyo, JustUno, Gorgias, Smile.io, Wordpress.
  • Strong interest in fashion/lifestyle
  • BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or other related fields
